We extract knowledge hidden in large volume of text
A lot of information, useful for both professional and everyday life, is hidden in large volume of text data. It would take ages for human to read all available information in order to come to much needed conclusions. We use machine learning for reading text and understanding of meaning what is written in the text, so we can extract relevant knowledge from processed data.
We want everyone to have all available information needed at the time. We process variety of information sources in order to keep obtained information objective and undistorted. We focus on consumer reviews, because they represent trustworthy knowledge base and because we all read reviews when shopping. Our automated system ensures that none of the important information is lost even when processing large amount of reviews. Gained knowledge is then presented in simple and organized way.
We have been working in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP) for number of years at academic level. We have analyzed millions of consumer reviews, for example from tourism, hospitality business or from retail sale of photography equipment, smartphones, etc.. NLP is one of the most dynamically developing areas of information technology. It is form of artificial intelligence, which simulates human ability to read text and understand the meaning of what is being said in the text. With 80% of enterprise data, consisting of unstructured text, information contained in text represents the biggest source of knowledge. Machine learning methods used in our products, allow us to automate text processing and obtain results quickly and consistently even when processing large volume of data. Our tools enable people to access information which previously could only be reachable by lengthy and costly manual process.
